By the London arm of this famous Swiss firm showing a line drawing of their ‘standard’ 15 jewel movement. Issued to coincide with their display at the Jewellers and Allied Trades Exhibition held in the Agricultural Hall, London July 18-25th. HJ, July 19214. 25 x 18 cm (9.5 x 7 ins).
Zenith Watch Company, 119 High Holborn, London. NB: Montres Zenith, though now perhaps overshadowed by the more famous Swiss manufactures, were then amongst the leading manufacturer in obtaining the highest ratings in the NPL (Kew) watch trials.
A good example of Swiss watch retailing practice at that time in Great Britain – the Great War began just three days after the exhibition closed.
