Fullplate fusee movement, the top quality Stogdon-type repeating work mounted under the dial. English single-wheel Duplex (frictional rest) escapement. Compensation balance, spiral balance-spring 46 mm diameter, 13 mm deep, not including centre arbor.

Lacking dial hands and balance cock, the staff bent and the ruby roller incomplete. A relic, but a fine example of this top quality English repeating work. Not working and sold as-is.
