Shipping and Insurance

All possible care will be taken to get the item/s to the customer in good working order but I cannot be held responsible for the failure of any delivery company. In the event of a problem I will take all reasonable steps to help the buyer obtain compensation.

NB. The Royal Mail places a £250 (sometimes lower) maximum level of insurance for watches sent outside the UK. I will not be held responsible for any loss over this sum, but full private insurance can usually be arranged. It will, however, increase the cost and please mention if required at the time of purchase.

I also cannot be held responsible for any import duties levied on goods sent to countries outside the UK, nor will I falsify Customs Declarations regarding content or value. That said, I will help where I can regarding customs.

NB: Box- and pocket-chronometers need specialist handling and all possible care will be taken to ensure no damage happens in transit. Where possible, personal collection/delivery is always preferred.
